By accessing, registering on or using the rummy platform — whether through the website at rummy.ml, the Android application or any other access point — you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions in full, and that you agree to be bound by them.
These terms apply to all users of the platform, including registered account holders, visitors browsing the site and any person who places a bet or plays a game through rummy. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
If you are accessing rummy on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that person to these terms and that they meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.

Age Verification: rummy reserves the right to request proof of age at any point. If satisfactory proof is not provided within the timeframe requested, access to the account may be suspended until verification is completed.
rummy does not make any representation regarding the legality of online gaming or sports betting under the laws of any particular jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the platform is lawful in your location.
Each person may hold one account only on rummy. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited. If more than one account is detected for the same individual, rummy reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any funds pending investigation.
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address and mobile number. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure.

KYC Verification: rummy may request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at any time, including a copy of your national identity card (CNIC), proof of address or proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal processing may be held pending successful KYC completion.
All deposits and transactions on rummy are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods:
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit. Deposits must come from a payment source registered in your own name. rummy does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit found to originate from a payment method not belonging to the registered account holder may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.
No Third-Party Payments: Deposits from payment accounts belonging to another person — regardless of relationship — are not permitted and will be treated as a breach of these terms.
rummy does not charge fees on deposits. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges. rummy is not responsible for any fees imposed by third-party payment providers.
Deposited funds are credited to your rummy account wallet and are available for use across all platform products — sports betting, Casino, Fish Games, and any other available game or feature. Funds held in your wallet do not earn interest.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. Withdrawals are paid in PKR only. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 200 and the maximum per transaction varies by account tier and payment method.
Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met:
Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals typically complete within minutes to a few hours. Bank transfers and card withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank. Raast transfers follow SBP processing windows.
rummy reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts with unusual activity patterns. This is a standard security measure and is not a reflection on the legitimacy of your account.
Withdrawal to Original Payment Method: Where possible, withdrawals will be returned to the same source used for deposits. If that method is unavailable, rummy support will work with you to arrange an alternative within policy.
rummy offers welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, VIP rewards and other promotional incentives from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific terms which are published alongside the offer. In the event of any conflict between general terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.
General bonus rules that apply across all promotions unless stated otherwise:
VIP Rewards: Points earned through the VIP programme are governed by the VIP programme terms available on the VIP page. VIP tier benefits are non-transferable and apply to the registered account holder only.
All bets and game rounds placed through rummy are subject to the rules set out in this section as well as any game-specific or sport-specific rules published on the relevant section of the platform.
Sports Betting: Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. For pre-match markets, bets are final once confirmed. For live in-play betting — including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals and football — bets are accepted subject to live trading rules and may be suspended during key moments such as wickets, penalties or goals. rummy reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event outcome is already determined due to a technical delay in odds updating.
Casino & Games: All casino games and Fish Games use certified random number generator (RNG) systems or live dealer feeds from third-party providers. Game outcomes are determined independently of rummy's platform software. In the event of a game malfunction or disconnection mid-round, rummy's decision on the outcome is final.
In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet or game round, please contact support within 7 days of the event. Disputes raised after 7 days may not be considered.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on rummy. Engaging in any of the activities below will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balance and may result in further action:
rummy reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these terms has occurred or is being investigated.
If your account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance held in your account may be withheld pending the outcome of the relevant investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, rummy may forfeit the balance in accordance with the specific nature of the breach.
You may close your own account at any time by contacting support. If you close your account voluntarily with a positive real-money balance, rummy will process a withdrawal of the available balance to your registered payment method after standard verification steps are completed.
Self-exclusion requests are handled separately under the Responsible Gaming framework described in Section 13.
All content on the rummy platform — including but not limited to the rummy brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, odds data, written content and software — is the property of rummy or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not include the right to:
